Get strong Stamina with Sprinting

Sprinting and running is a good formula to keep bodyshape, and to boost endurance/stamina. Running is a great exercise. In this post i will tell step by step to boost your stamina by sprinting.
Step 1 Why Sprinting?

Sprinting is the best endurance training because two simple reasons, explosive and short. Short and explosive bursts of activity can create your muscles fibers strong,

Step 2 Preparing before Sprinting

First thing you must do before sprinting is get a good running shoes. After that, you have to do some rules:
1) Don’t run if you didn’t have good running shoes. Get some good ones.
2) You had better run on a track, grass, or a real running track. Remeber Never ever to run in concrete
3) Warm up, stretch, before any intense exercise.
4) Always cool down after any intense exercise.

Step 3
our body can only sprint for a certain time. Don’t skip this step.

Exercise – Walk 1 minute, then sprint 30 seconds. repeat it 10 times which rounds out to 15 minutes of exercise.

If you think it’s too easy increase the number of cycles. But remember that our body has limit.

Thats cool. I agree, that was a good post!Dude a friend of mine has been was tring to increase Ejaculation Volume,.
